You will be highly organised, willing to take responsibility, use initiative and be comfortable setting your own priorities and meeting deadlines. You will support the implementation of process improvements to streamline and enhance the administration service and increase customer satisfaction.
Our offer includes 26 days’ holiday (rising to 28 days after 2 years’ service and 31 days after 5 years, pro rated for part time), option to buy up to 10 additional days, a generous local government pension, carer’s leave, paid volunteering days, paternity, adoption and dependents leave, an Employee Assistance Programme, access to a learning and development hub, wellbeing and lifestyle discounts, and the chance to make a real difference to the lives of our residents.
