Hours
Full-time, Permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The café is open from 7:30am to 5:30pm Tuesday to Thursday, and from 7:00am to 4:30pm on Mondays and Fridays. Shift times are varied.

£32,974.60 per annum

About the Role
Aramark UK is recruiting a Café Supervisor to join our team at GOGGS. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the shift, ensuring the team is motivated and delivers excellent customer service. Your duties include training staff, assisting the Manager with managerial tasks, and performing all front-of-house daily operations. You will support stock control and ordering, manage staff rotas and shift patterns, and ensure cleaning schedules are maintained to high standards. Operating the till, handling cash, upselling, making drinks, serving food, and greeting customers with a welcoming and friendly approach are key responsibilities. You will also demonstrate a thorough understanding of menu items and train new starters accordingly. Cash management, including giving change, recording orders, and cashing up, will be part of your role.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

About You
You must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work in the UK. You must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks. You should be motivated, customer-focused, and able to lead and support a team effectively.
