About the Role
Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Night Care Assistant to join our Care team. This isn’t just a job – it’s about building relationships, creating moments that matter, and helping people feel valued every single day. As a Care Assistant, you’ll support residents with daily living, from personal care to mealtimes and activities, always taking a person-centred approach. You’ll get to know each resident as an individual – what matters to them, what makes them smile – and tailor your support to help them live well. No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Encouraging independence, choice, and dignity
- Assisting with meals, activities, and wellbeing
- Working as part of a supportive team to deliver outstanding care
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
For many of our residents, you’ll be the person who brightens their day, supports them through challenges, and helps them feel safe, respected, and valued. That’s a big responsibility but also an incredibly rewarding one.
Experience
No previous care experience is required, although it is beneficial if you have worked in care before.
About you
- Kind, patient, and compassionate
- A great listener with a positive attitude
- Reliable and a strong team player
