Location
Golders Green, Hendon, and surrounding areas of Barnet, North West London.

Hours
Casual bank/relief shifts as and when required, generally 7am to 3pm with occasional weekend work.

Salary
£14.00 per hour

About the Role
Join our multi-award-winning organisation as a Relief Kitchen Assistant within our Hospitality team. This role involves delivering excellent hospitality services across our Campus, Care Homes, and Community Centres. You will cover absences on a casual basis across multiple sites, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant environment for our customers. Core duties include basic food preparation such as vegetables, salads, and sandwiches, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, preparing and arranging food counters and dining areas for service, serving hot and cold food and beverages, and operating the till including cashing up when required.

Experience
Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment is desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

About you
Confident communicator able to engage with a range of people. Good literacy and numeracy skills. Willingness to undertake appropriate training including supervision and NVQ courses.

Qualifications
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is required or willingness to obtain this qualification.
