About the Role
Join the WPS Team and make a difference in social housing. As a Carpenter Multi-Trader within our Responsive Maintenance division, you will deliver reactive maintenance services to residents across various properties. Your responsibilities will include carrying out repair and renewal works, advising your Supervisor when additional trades are needed, working independently or collaboratively with other operatives, completing daily work sheets detailing tasks and materials used, and ensuring timely and productive completion of assigned tasks. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction within our social housing contract.

Experience
Proven experience in carpentry and multi-trade work is essential. Experience working to high standards of workmanship and productivity is required.

About you
You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications
Full UK driving licence is essential. Level 2 NVQ in Carpentry or a similar trade qualification is required. Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to undergo a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage.
