About the Role
WPS has an exciting opportunity for a Carpenter Multi-Trader to join our Responsive Maintenance division, working from our Croydon office. You will be delivering reactive maintenance services to our valued residents as part of a social housing contract. Your responsibilities will include carrying out repair and renewal works across various properties, advising your Supervisor when additional trades are needed, working independently or collaboratively with other operatives, completing daily work sheets detailing tasks and materials used, and ensuring timely and productive completion of assigned tasks. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Experience
Proven experience in carpentry and multi-trade work is essential. Ability to work to high standards of workmanship and productivity is required.

About you
You must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications
Level 2 NVQ in Carpentry or a similar trade qualification is required.
