About the Role
WPS is seeking a Site Surveyor to join the Responsive Division team, working on repairs and voids contracts. The role focuses on producing commercial outputs, monitoring cost control, and liaising with client representatives to ensure compliance with contractual service standards. Key responsibilities include developing and encouraging project team performance to meet contractual obligations and strategies, completing and submitting monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVR) and progress reports, understanding tender strategies and working to profit plans, agreeing external valuations and cash flow to maximise project value, collaborating with the Commercial Manager to produce final accounts, and ensuring subcontract management obligations are fulfilled including procurement, valuation, contractual instructions, and health & safety compliance. This role supports the company’s efficient and profitable operation through strong commercial and financial management.

Experience
Relevant commercial skills and experience in maximising value recovery, controlling costs, and managing cash flow effectively. Financial and commercial awareness is essential, along with confidence in using financial reports and software.
