About the Role
WPS is seeking a Site Surveyor to join the Responsive Division, working on repairs and voids contracts. The role focuses on producing commercial outputs, monitoring cost control, and liaising with client representatives to ensure compliance with contractual service standards. Key responsibilities include developing and encouraging project team performance to meet contractual obligations, completing and submitting monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVR) and progress reports, understanding tender strategies and working to the profit plan, agreeing external valuations and cash flow to maximise project value, collaborating with the Commercial Manager to produce final accounts, and ensuring subcontract management obligations are fulfilled including procurement, valuation, contractual instructions, and health & safety. This role requires strong financial and commercial awareness with a commitment to customer-centred service to help the company operate efficiently and profitably.

Experience
Relevant commercial skills and experience in maximising value recovery, controlling costs, and managing cash flow effectively. Experience working with financial reports and software is essential.
