About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to support our current Liquid Logic Analyst in delivering system support across a range of Children’s Services teams. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with various departments to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Liquid Logic database system and the associated processes. The systems officer will be office based, providing onsite support to all Children Services teams, including, but not limited to MASH, Children in Need/Child Protection, Children in Care, Business Support, Leaving Care, Joint Service for Children with Disabilities, EISS, Fostering, Special Guardianship, Data and performance team, and Placements. You will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service, by providing quick and efficient support, advice, and new information. To do this, you must be able to confidently communicate with the workforce, whether this be face to face, by phone or by written format. You should demonstrate solution focused thinking, coupled with a high level for attention to detail.
Experience
A comprehensive understanding of Liquid Logic and its associated pathways and processes.
A solid understanding of Children's and Families services.
Experience of supporting change/efficiency initiatives.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and effective support.
A customer focused approach to service delivery.
