About the Role
An opportunity has arisen at Oasis Academy Hadley for a Casual Cleaner to join our team, taking pride in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our learners by keeping cleanliness to a high standard and undertaking necessary procedures to assist with day-to-day maintenance. As part of our wider school team, you will have responsibility for the overall cleanliness and security of the school classrooms and site, having awareness of security policies, maintaining supplies of cleaning materials, and working with other members of the site team to keep the site to a standard expected by leadership and management. You will contribute to creating a safe and clean environment where all staff and learners can thrive, with training opportunities available and the ability to make a positive difference within the overall team.

Experience
Experience of undertaking general cleaning duties

About you
Ability to manage time effectively in order to carry out day-to-day operations and assist with the smooth running of the school. Awareness of the relevant legislation and guidance in relation to working around children and young people. A committed team player who takes pride in upholding high standards and contributing positively to the school environment.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required; however, a willingness to learn and adhere to safeguarding policies is essential.
