Location
Bromley, covering the South East London area.

Hours
Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) with potential for up to 48 hours in the future with an increased salary.

Salary
Basic salary of £26,655 per annum, plus £2,000 nightshift allowance and £2,000 location allowance. Expected OTE: £30,000-£38,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available.

About the Role
Join Rentokil Initial Group as a Specialist Catering Technician and make a difference! No prior experience is required as comprehensive, industry-leading training is provided. You will manage your own schedule and solve unique customer problems in person. Your key responsibilities will include carrying out a variety of hygiene cleaning services within the catering industry, such as commercial kitchen and ventilation cleaning. You will be professionally trained in each product and service offered.
Work will be reactive in a fast-paced environment where tasks can change weekly. You will work as part of an on-call rota, provide valuable advice to customers, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a professional image at all times. Adherence to all health and safety procedures is essential.

Experience
Previous experience in kitchen or catering cleaning roles is advantageous but not essential. Experience working with specialist cleaning chemicals is preferred.

About you
You must hold a full UK driving licence for more than two years with no more than six penalty points. Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive with excellent customer service and communication skills. Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required; however, willingness to undertake industry training and obtain relevant certifications is expected.
