What you’ll do:
- Work alongside the Sous Chef to deliver high-quality meals with minimal waste
- Maintain food levels and brand standards across all services
- Prepare delicious dishes for military dining and special events
- Support with kitchen checklists and post-service analysis
- Follow kitchen procedures and hygiene standards
- Take part in ongoing training and development.

Experience
A relevant culinary qualification and previous kitchen experience are required.

About you
Effective communication skills and a team-first attitude are essential. You must be able to pass DBS and full security vetting.

Qualifications
Food safety certification is required or willingness to complete via our e-learning.
