Full Time - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, leaving your evenings free.

About the Role
Aramark UK are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team supporting a global financial institution with a rich history dating back to 1799. You will play a key role in the exciting reopening of a newly refurbished site, ensuring a seamless transition into the brand new space that reflects the exceptional service culture we uphold. Your responsibilities will include preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes consistently to brand and recipe specifications, maintaining high standards of food quality, flavour, freshness, and visual presentation. You will support menu development by testing new dishes and providing creative input, manage dietary requirements and allergen safety, and oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service during peak periods. Additionally, you will maintain portion control, stock rotation, waste management, and uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation across all kitchen areas. This role is subject to client vetting.

Ability to work across multiple kitchen stations such as sauté, grill, pastry, and prep.
