About the Role
St Christopher's Fellowship is a leading charity dedicated to supporting children and young people across the UK and Isle of Man. Their services offer positive life experiences for young people unable to sustain placements in parental or foster homes.
Currently, there are several opportunities available within a children’s home in Croydon, including Team Leader, Children’s Residential Worker (days and nights), and Bank Support Worker roles. Joining St Christopher’s means embarking on a career where you can develop your skills and knowledge while making a meaningful difference in young people’s lives.
St Christopher’s supports career progression with tailored development plans, enabling staff to explore different services, advance into management, or deepen expertise in their current roles. Notably, 84% of Team Leaders, Deputies, and Managers are promoted internally.
The organisation is committed to safeguarding all children and young people in their care and follows rigorous recruitment processes to meet legislation and best practice standards.
