Salary
£13.00 - £13.20 per hour (increasing to £13.45 - £13.65 per hour from 1st March 2026)
Additional pay: £2.00 per hour for bank holidays, £3.50 per hour for night shifts

About the Role
As a Cleaner at Lidl, you play a vital role in delivering the exceptional in-store experience our customers expect. You will maintain a clean and hygienic environment by thoroughly cleaning the store, trolley bays, car park, and outside spaces to create a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities include operating industrial cleaning machinery confidently, cleaning welfare areas such as toilets and waste/recycling sections, and carrying out minor maintenance tasks as needed. Upholding hygiene, Health and Safety standards, and contributing to a tidy, safe store environment will be key to your success. Experience
Experience in cleaning or maintenance is beneficial but not essential
