We are seeking a French-speaking Luxury Client Advisor to join our flagship store team of over 60 colleagues. As a key ambassador for Burberry, you will deliver exceptional experiences to an international clientele by providing personalised service and demonstrating a deep understanding of our collections and heritage. This role blends luxury retail expertise with a client-centric approach to ensure every interaction reflects Burberry's craftsmanship, creativity, and innovation. You will contribute to the flagship store’s success by achieving commercial results and creating memorable customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Deliver personalised luxury service to French-speaking and international clients, creating exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and thoughtful follow-up. Achieve individual and team sales goals while identifying opportunities to grow client engagement and loyalty. Demonstrate expert knowledge of Burberry products, craftsmanship, heritage, and current collections. Collaborate with colleagues across the flagship store to deliver a seamless and elevated customer journey. Maintain the highest standards of presentation, operational excellence, and brand representation.

Experience
Experience in luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or a customer-focused environment is required.
