About the Role
The Global Benefits Manager at Burberry is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and ongoing management of Burberry's global benefits programmes. This role ensures that the benefits offering remains competitive, compliant and aligned with the needs of employees and business objectives. Key responsibilities include coordinating annual insurance and benefit renewals across Burberry's countries and regions, managing relationships with brokers, insurers and benefit providers, and partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, Finance and Procurement to support effective benefits delivery. The role also involves supporting the development and delivery of Burberry's global benefits strategy and policies, improving benefits processes and documentation, and delivering engaging communications to increase employee understanding and participation. Additionally, the Global Benefits Manager ensures compliance with local legislation, maintains benefit records, reviews usage and feedback to identify improvements, supports broader HR priorities such as wellbeing and inclusion, acts as a point of contact for escalated queries, and leads benefits-related technology and transformation initiatives including platform implementations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Benefits, this role contributes to evolving Burberry's benefits strategy to support employee wellbeing, engagement and retention.

Requirements

Experience
- Proven experience supporting management of employee benefits programmes, ideally within a multinational or complex organisation
- Strong knowledge of UK benefits, pensions, tax and regulatory requirements, including payrolling of benefits and salary sacrifice
- Experience managing benefit renewals and working with brokers, insurers and benefit providers
- Experience implementing and improving benefits technology, processes and communications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build effective relationships
- Strong analytical skills, translating data and insights into meaningful recommendations and actions
