About the Role
The Global Benefits Manager at Burberry is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and ongoing management of Burberry's global benefits programmes. This role ensures the benefits offering remains competitive, compliant and aligned with employee needs and business objectives. Key responsibilities include coordinating insurance renewals, managing vendor relationships, overseeing benefits governance, programme implementation, employee communications and benefits technology. The role works closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Procurement and external partners to deliver consistent and effective benefits across Burberry's global locations, enhancing the employee experience and supporting the company’s employee value proposition. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Benefits, this position contributes to evolving Burberry's benefits strategy, identifying process improvements and ensuring the benefits offering supports employee wellbeing, engagement and retention.

Experience
Proven experience supporting the management of employee benefits programmes, ideally within a multinational or complex organisation. Strong knowledge of UK benefits, pensions, tax and regulatory requirements, including payrolling of benefits and salary sacrifice. Experience managing benefit renewals and working with brokers, insurers and benefit providers. Experience implementing and improving benefits technology, processes and communications.
