About the Role
At Burberry, we believe creativity opens spaces. Our purpose is to unlock the power of imagination to push boundaries and open new possibilities for our people, customers and communities. Since 1856, this core belief has guided us and remains central to how we operate today. We provide an environment where creative minds from diverse backgrounds thrive, bringing a wide range of skills and experiences to everything we do. As a purposeful, values-driven brand, we are committed to being a force for good, creating the next generation of sustainable luxury, driving industry change and championing our communities.

We are hiring several Delivery Managers to guide the day-to-day delivery of technology initiatives within Burberry product squads. You will create clarity, coordination and momentum to enable work to move effectively from planning through to release. Working closely with product, engineering and delivery colleagues, you will manage dependencies, address risks and help shape realistic commitments. Your understanding of technology and product delivery will enable you to test assumptions and support informed decisions.

Key responsibilities include coordinating squad delivery to ensure predictable progress from backlog to release aligned with sprint and quarterly goals; managing cross-team handovers and dependencies with clear ownership; maintaining an accurate RAID log to address risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies early; providing clear reporting on delivery progress, finances and resource capacity; tracking third-party delivery quality and timelines; and partnering with product and delivery leaders to evaluate estimates, plan capacity and deliver product, platform and technical improvements.

About you
- Clear and considered communicator able to provide concise, transparent updates
- Effective stakeholder management skills across different levels
- Sound judgement and a collaborative approach
