About the Role

We are seeking a Spanish Speaking Client Advisor to join our Regent Street flagship store, delivering memorable and distinctly Burberry experiences to clients from around the world. In this role, you will build meaningful client relationships, bring our collections and heritage to life through thoughtful storytelling, and provide a highly personalised standard of service. Using your fluency in Spanish and English, you will ensure every client feels welcomed, understood and inspired. You will contribute to the store’s success by understanding client needs, identifying opportunities, and working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an inspiring and luxurious store environment.

Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or client advisory roles is advantageous but not essential. A genuine passion for delivering thoughtful, personalised customer experiences is key.

About you
Fluent in Spanish and English, confident in supporting clients naturally and effectively in both languages. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. A collaborative team player who contributes positively to the wider store environment. An appreciation for luxury retail, fashion, craftsmanship, and the importance of exceptional service. Adaptable and attentive, able to respond thoughtfully to different client needs in a dynamic retail setting.

No formal qualifications are required; however, a passion for luxury fashion and client service excellence is essential.
