About the Role

As a Client Reporting Analyst, you will take ownership of producing a wide range of factsheets, commentaries, and other business-as-usual reporting tasks. Responsibilities include Vermilion pre-checks, monthly disclaimer updates, South African Quarterly MDDs, client bespoke reports, statement mailings, DC Institutional updates, and procedure updates at least biannually. You will maintain communication logs for the factsheet process and provide ongoing project management support alongside the IT team. The role involves detailed testing of new systems, resolving internal and external queries, peer reviewing team members’ work, and becoming a subject matter expert on internal data systems such as Vermilion. You will also train others to enable self-service where required and ensure reporting deliverables comply with regulatory changes, brand guidelines, and product strategy. Additional duties include compiling monthly and quarterly management information, continuously improving processes to enhance client experience, and carrying out other assigned tasks. Experience
Previous factsheet and/or reporting experience essential, ideally 1-3 years. Experience within the investment management industry with good knowledge of investment products and markets is required. Some understanding of regulatory frameworks, particularly Consumer Duty and FCA/ESMA rules related to financial promotions, is important.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage at all organisational levels. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Highly organised, confident, decisive, focused, and enthusiastic self-starter. Able to work under pressure managing large volumes of work to tight deadlines. Skilled at setting effective objectives, managing expectations, and working both independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail, results-oriented, proactive, quick learner, problem solver, excellent time management, and adaptable to changing business needs. Willingness to build deeper understanding of investment markets, conventional and specialist investment funds, products, and structures.

Qualifications
European language skills are beneficial but not essential. Commitment to understanding and abiding by the firm’s regulatory obligations, policies, and ethical standards is expected. No supervisory responsibilities for this role, but opportunities for mentoring, leadership development, and career progression are available.
