About the Role

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing UK payroll in-house using ECP and designated European payrolls accurately and timely. Your duties include managing monthly payroll payments to employees and tax authorities, ensuring compliance with HMRC statutory reporting requirements, pensions administration, and other employee benefit schemes such as Childcare Vouchers, GAYE, Cycle to Work, and SIPP. You will prepare, reconcile, and distribute all UK year-end filings and provide collaborative support to HR, Shares, Tax, and Accounting teams on payroll matters. This role requires knowledge of PAYE and NI tax calculations, maternity leave pay, and data entry in SuccessFactors EC and ECP systems. You will identify and resolve payroll discrepancies, assist with HMRC inquiries, and support cross-training and team goals. Requirements

Experience
Significant UK and European payroll experience including use of SAP as a payroll processor

Qualifications
Experience processing payroll in-house is desirable
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Competent with other Microsoft Office Suite products
