About the Role
This role is available for qualified nurses only. As an advocate for our residents, you will play a crucial role in leading clinical teams to provide and maintain the highest standards of nursing and care, while supervising colleague training and performance. Your skills will shine as you champion dignity and safety, serve as a role model to those working with you, and provide a true sense of purpose to those living with us. Key responsibilities include assisting the Home Manager with administrative duties, maintaining overall responsibility of nursing/care management, medication administration, providing support to residents, ensuring safety, team management, coaching, and liaising with General Practitioners and Multi-Disciplinary Teams.

Experience
Previous experience leading clinical/care teams and managing team performance is essential. A good understanding of clinical policy frameworks is required.

Qualifications
A Nursing qualification recognised by the UK NMC, a valid UK NMC PIN, and registration to practice as Registered General Nurse (RGN)/Learning & Disability Nurse (RNLD)/Mental Health Nurse (RMN) are essential. You must also have syringe driver experience, catheterisation skills, and a good understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty.
