You will ensure that trials do not commence until all regulatory, sponsor, and local R&D requirements are satisfied. Your role includes maintaining delegation logs and training records for staff working on trials, liaising with commercial companies and funders to establish funding and sponsor contracts, and ensuring adequate drug supply throughout the trial duration. You will coordinate with R&D to ensure appropriate material transfer arrangements for trials involving tissue transfer or receipt. Additionally, you will be responsible for the compilation and maintenance of essential trial documentation in Trial Master Files, Trial Site Files, and electronic files. Collaboration with pharmacy, finance, contracts, and laboratories will be key in trial setup. You will also assist with data entry and review for commercially hosted clinical trials.
