About the Role
At CDW, we make it happen, together. Trust, connection, and commitment are at the heart of how we work to deliver for our customers. We are coworkers, not just employees, who believe in supporting one another and our customers. As a Collections Manager, you will manage and support the day-to-day activities of the Corporate and Internationals Collection Team, driving the monthly cash target and minimising aged and bad debt using the tools provided. You will promote consistent communication and information sharing, work closely with internal stakeholders, and provide a high level of customer service.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining a sustained daily and monthly drive towards cash targets, supporting initiatives and process improvements alongside the Head of Collections and Team 1 Collections Manager, and ensuring full adoption of GETPAID as the day-to-day owner. You will lead by example in communication standards, maintain professionalism under pressure, manage customer accounts within credit limits, and coordinate targeted customer improvement calls with sales teams.
You will also maintain regular meetings with sales managers and other stakeholders, promptly refer default payments for litigation, jointly manage sales ledger integrity for collection purposes, assist with monthly credit reports, cash forecasting, and month-end close processes. Managing and developing your direct reports through weekly 1-2-1s, team meetings, performance improvement plans, and training will be key. You will act as an initial point of escalation, drive engagement across teams, and manage the PMP process.
CDW is committed to being an AI-fluent organization. As a leader, you will champion responsible AI adoption, foster continuous learning, and guide your team in building confidence with AI tools and practices. You will promote openness to experimentation and shared learning to enhance strategy, decision-making, and team performance.
