About the Role
At CDW, we make it happen, together. Trust, connection, and commitment are at the heart of how we work to deliver for our customers. We are coworkers who genuinely believe in supporting our customers and one another, forging our path forward with commitment and pride. As a Solution Architect within CDW’s Cyber Security Practice, you will leverage your deep expertise and collaborate with a skilled team to own opportunities, engage customers, and win profitable business. Your role includes developing your skills through research and training, supporting team projects, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to the wider Solution Sales group.
You will work closely with customers, salespeople, and business development managers to qualify opportunities, understand business and technical requirements, and design appropriate security solutions. You will produce high-quality documentation including solution designs, RFP responses, total cost of ownership models, business cases, high-level designs, and statements of work. Identifying upsell opportunities, supporting smooth project handovers, and acting as a trusted adviser to customers are key responsibilities.
As a CDW evangelist, you will promote CDW’s capabilities and differentiate us through productised services, consulting expertise, and security knowledge. You will build strong internal relationships across sales, professional services, managed services, and solution sales teams, supporting the adoption of standards and ensuring high-quality customer engagements. You will help make solutions more repeatable, profitable, and less risky by developing standardised offerings and packaged services. Partner engagement is vital, cultivating strong relationships with CDW’s partner community to stay current with offerings and roadmaps.
Supporting sales enablement, you will provide technical guidance on cloud products and solutions across diverse customer types. You will maintain relevant accreditations and certifications, act as a trusted adviser to key customers, and contribute to CDW’s commitment to being an AI-fluent organisation by embracing curiosity, learning, and responsible AI integration.
