This hands-on, execution-focused role involves managing multiple diaries, handling internal communications, coordinating logistics, and supporting key events such as Sales Kick-offs and conferences. It offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into a modern commercial organisation and serves as a strong foundation for a wider commercial career path.

- Maintaining a shared view of upcoming milestones, events, and key dates to support project work.
- Managing the CCO's commercial diary, preparing meeting packs and briefings, coordinating executive meetings and board reviews, and arranging travel and expenses.
- Leading internal communications through weekly updates, newsletters, town hall logistics, and Slack/Teams announcements to keep geographically dispersed teams informed and engaged.
- Coordinating regular commercial reporting packs with Revenue Operations, Finance, and team leads, maintaining trackers for OKRs and key projects, and proofreading documents and reports.
- Planning and managing logistics for commercial team events including leadership off-sites, sales kick-offs, team away-days, and customer-facing events, overseeing budgets, vendors, venues, travel, and event delivery.
- Organising shared drives, document libraries, Asana boards, Slack channels, and AI libraries, maintaining distribution lists, org charts, onboarding materials, and team directories while identifying process improvements.
