About the Role
Join us as a Community Pathways & Engagement Lead in Tower Hamlets and help residents discover new opportunities, overcome barriers, and take steps towards brighter futures. As part of our Restart Scheme, you will build strong links with local charities, businesses, and services; unlock opportunities for work tasters, volunteering, and employment; host inclusive community events that bring participants and providers together; and offer coaching-style support in groups and one-to-one to help participants grow in confidence and explore their aspirations. You will champion culturally sensitive engagement, particularly supporting Bengali-speaking residents who may face language or cultural barriers to work.

Experience
Experience in community engagement, partnership development, or advocacy is essential. Skilled at building trust and communicating across diverse communities. Understanding of the local Tower Hamlets landscape of services and opportunities is required.
About you
Creative, empathetic, and genuinely passionate about making a difference. Ability to champion culturally sensitive engagement. (Bonus) Ability to speak Bengali or another local community language, or lived experience of the barriers faced by participants.
