About the Role
As the Employer Services Manager, you will lead the Employer Services team within the region to generate appropriate work opportunities for participants. You will be accountable for the management and performance of the Employer Account Team, the Employer strategy, and account management of national employer relationships. Your responsibilities will include setting targets and KPIs aligned with operational and budgetary objectives, facilitating team development through support, training and coaching, and conducting individual performance reviews. You will maintain an excellent understanding of the Restart Programme, working closely with the Head of Employer Services to identify and maximise opportunities and targets. Additionally, you will develop influential relationships with key employers, employment bodies, and other external organisations to enhance service offerings. Ensuring all documentation, systems input, and paperwork are compliant and of high quality will be essential, along with undertaking spot audit checks, employer feedback, and operational reviews to maintain quality standards.

Experience
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in setting, working to, and exceeding individual and team targets
- Demonstrated achievements in sourcing and closing new business opportunities
- Understanding of local labour market trends and drivers and how to leverage these to maximise participant outcomes
