About the Role
Notting Hill Genesis, one of London's largest housing associations, is seeking two Complex Case Project Managers to join our growing Repairs directorate. Key Responsibilities

Ensure inspections, surveys and condition reports are completed accurately, with clear records and supporting evidence. Manage contractors, consultants and resources to deliver works on time, within target and in line with agreed specifications. Coordinate and resolve complex or high-risk repair cases, reducing the likelihood of disrepair claims or adverse Ombudsman outcomes. Lead on resolution of legal disrepair cases whilst working across teams and engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Monitor contractor performance, embedding quality control and service improvement through data, insight and feedback. Produce clear reports on trends, risks and performance to support informed decision making and continuous improvement.
