If so, you could be a Bank Concierge Officer here at Peabody, working within a mixed tenure flagship regeneration scheme on various locations, particularly Wandsworth, Lewisham, and Thamesmead. You'll be the first point of contact for all residents contacting Peabody. Your approach is to prioritise a ‘right first time’ resolution for our residents and you’ll be expected to provide high-quality customer service to residents, internal and external stakeholders, and to ensure that services are accessible, high-quality, and cost-effective. To be a success in this role, you’re: excellent at communicating with a variety of audiences including internal and external stakeholders experienced of providing excellent customer service and residential Concierge service or other similar front of house roles knowledgeable of building maintenance issues and able to report accurate repairs a problem-solver with critical thinking skills flexible to work weekends and cover additional shifts The available shift patterns for this role are: Monday to Friday - three shifts from 7:00 to 15:00 / 11:00 to 19:00 / 14:00 to 21:30 Weekends, one shift from 8:00 to 16:00 Training and uniform will be provided.
