About the Role
The Contact Centre Advisor will be the first point of contact with participants. You will work closely with Job Centre Plus (JCP) Work Coaches to promote the value of the Restart Programme, engage participants effectively, and collect relevant information to enable Employment Advisors to personalise initial face-to-face meetings and encourage appointment attendance.

Key responsibilities include:
- Effectively engaging participants onto the Restart Programme through relevant, personalised promotion to participants, JCP Work Coaches, and other stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with Job Centre Plus contacts, providing relevant management information to support monitoring of participant flow and suitability.
- Ensuring all participant documentation is completed accurately, timely, and respectfully.
- Collaborating closely with Employment Advisors to provide participant information promptly and working cohesively with Job Centre Plus.
- Meeting and exceeding set targets, KPIs, and customer service standards.

Experience
Proven ability to network effectively and build strong relationships both internally and externally.
