About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative professional to join our Enterprise Risk team in a vital role supporting the development and delivery of Nest’s Controls Management Framework. This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of Nest’s risk and control environment, contributing to key initiatives such as the control improvement programme, control testing, and the implementation of our new Risk & Compliance system.

In this role, you will support and maintain Nest’s Controls Management Framework, ensuring controls are clearly defined, effective, and aligned with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. You will coordinate with Risk & Control Business Partners across the organisation to support control documentation, development, and attestation processes. Additionally, you will contribute to the delivery of key risk initiatives, assist with the planning and execution of control testing, and monitor control attestations while liaising with control owners to manage updates and improvements.
