About the Role
As a Corporate Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor at our UBS corporate club, you will bring a strong background in corporate or commercial fitness. You will be highly motivated with excellent communication skills and infectious enthusiasm to teach circuit-based classes, perform fitness assessments, and deliver outstanding training. Your role includes fitness floor supervision, creating wellbeing plans, personal best and exercise programmes, and delivering group exercise and circuit-based classes such as Spin and Les Mills. You will provide exceptional customer service in all areas from personal training to processing payments, ensuring every member is assessed and inducted before using our facilities. You will support members with techniques, training, and lifestyle advice to help them achieve manageable personal goals. Additionally, you will deputize for the Fitness Manager and use your own initiative to help deliver a great member experience.

Experience
Proven background in corporate or commercial fitness environments is essential.

About you
You are highly motivated, enthusiastic, and possess excellent communication skills. You enjoy working with people and have a passion for fitness and wellbeing. You are proactive and able to use your own initiative to support the Fitness Manager and deliver excellent member experiences.

Qualifications
You must hold a REPs Level 3 qualification or equivalent and be CIMSPA registered.
