About the Role
If you have a strong background in fitness and a passion for wellbeing, join the UK’s largest Healthcare Charity. This unique role is based onsite at our client’s corporate office in central London, supporting administration activities across multiple Wellness services. You will have the opportunity to get to know each client’s needs and help them achieve their goals, whether recovering from an operation or training for a marathon. You will work within a busy, professional team supporting key activities and projects including vendor performance management, governance, data processing, query management, record keeping, and invoice processes. This role also involves managing employee and vendor queries, website content updates, and presenting Wellness topics in various internal meetings. You will support the coordination and delivery of Wellness projects, policies, procedures, and programming, gaining valuable knowledge and experience in the Wellness field. Experience
Experience of systems management and process development is desirable. Project management experience and working knowledge of Wellness products is ideal but not essential.
