About the Role
As the UK’s leading Healthcare Charity, Nuffield Health is committed to delivering the highest standards of customer service. Maintaining cleanliness across our sites is essential to creating a safe, pleasant environment for our customers, patients, visitors and colleagues. As a Clean Team Member at our Barbican Support Centre, you will organise your work and plan your time with support from a Team Leader to ensure cleaning activities do not disrupt the customer experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment and products, supported by a first-class training programme. Your friendly nature and good communication skills will be valuable when interacting with colleagues and customers.
Key responsibilities include cleaning and preparing a variety of areas across the Barbican Support Office and Medical Centre, including offices, meeting rooms, welfare facilities, washrooms, reception areas, treatment rooms, clinical and non-clinical spaces, and the pathology lab. You will also be responsible for waste removal and periodic deep cleaning tasks. Using equipment safely such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners is essential. Additionally, you will replenish consumables and report any maintenance or health and safety concerns as appropriate.
At Nuffield Health, we want you to feel good about coming to work. We offer a benefits package designed with your wellbeing in mind, including free gym membership, health assessments, retail discounts, and pension options. Join us and help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone.
