Our Motion & CGI team creates best-in-class motion design for some of the world’s biggest brands. The work is fast-paced, creatively ambitious, and precise. As Creative Services (& Project Manager) for the Motion team, you will be the operational engine that keeps the team running smoothly. You will build and maintain the systems and processes that allow creativity to thrive by ensuring the right people are on the right projects at the right time, managing capacity proactively, and bringing order to complexity so the team can focus on exceptional work.

Your responsibilities will include managing resourcing across all Motion projects from brief to delivery, maintaining a real-time view of team capacity, matching talent to projects, spotting and solving gaps early, and navigating competing priorities with clarity and fairness. You will build accurate time quotes and scopes, track projects against estimates, develop quoting libraries, and partner with Client Services and Production for smarter planning.

Additionally, you will own and evolve the freelance roster, manage bookings end-to-end, track performance, onboard new talent, and continuously raise standards. You will maintain operational health by managing resourcing and scheduling tools, identifying inefficiencies, reporting on capacity and utilisation to senior stakeholders, supporting forward planning and forecasting, and acting as the go-to person for Motion availability and capability queries.

Experience
Proven experience in operations, resourcing, or production within a creative or motion environment. Strong understanding of motion and CGI workflows and project scoping. Confident with resourcing and project management tools.
