About the Role

You will prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse, and replenish shelves, often running the full store operation alone overnight. You will be responsible for the full shift, including the safety and wellbeing of colleagues in store. Ensuring that standards are excellent by morning so the store is ready to serve customers is a key part of the role.
People management is a significant responsibility, including managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring scheduling and pay accuracy.
Our nightshift managers are hands-on leaders who drive operational excellence and create a safe, supportive environment for their teams during out-of-hours trading.

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs such as sales, availability, customer satisfaction, or colleague engagement.
- Experience managing employee relations issues, including performance and absence management.

- Comfortable working nightshifts and adaptable to the physical and mental demands of overnight work.
- Resilient and able to provide a safe and healthy environment for your team.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead operations independently.
- Inclusive in approach, putting inclusivity at the heart of everything you do.
- Provides brilliant customer service and coaches a team to do the same.
