Kilburn, working across Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance.

Hours
35 hours per week, including Saturdays. Full-time working pattern.

Salary
£31,132 increasing to £31,882 after 6 months in role. We operate a skill progression framework allowing you to increase your pay by developing new skills and taking on new activities, with the opportunity to earn up to £38,107 at the highest skill level.

About the Role
You will begin your journey in one of our branches, providing face-to-face support to customers. This role offers the chance to learn, grow and develop within an inclusive organisation that puts people first, making a difference to customers, businesses and communities. Over time, there will be opportunities to transition into a range of roles such as helping customers remotely via phone, social media, web-chat and video calls. Lloyds Banking Group offers a Skill Progression Framework designed to build strong foundations in customer service, helping you master new skills, handle more complex customer needs, and earn valuable accreditations. After a minimum of 12 months in a customer service role, you will be supported to explore a wide range of career opportunities across the Group in specialist areas including Digital, Operations, Fraud, Financial Planning, and leadership roles.

Requirements

Experience
No previous financial services experience required. A passion for helping people and delivering excellent customer service is essential.

You are a people person who is honest, genuine and caring about helping customers with their finances. You have the ability to quickly build relationships and provide a fantastic customer experience. You show empathy, act with care and integrity, take time to resolve queries, and give customers confidence in the service you provide. You are committed to delivering on your promises and going above and beyond for customers. You are a genuine teammate who collaborates closely with colleagues to meet customer needs. If working in a hybrid location, you must meet homeworking criteria such as having a quiet, private room and a stable internet connection.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role, only a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
