Gresham Street, London - with flexibility to support other close locations as the need arises.

Hours
Full-time - 35 hours per week covering the business from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. The role is primarily based on-site 5 days a week.

Salary
£38,295 - £40,310 per annum

The Tech Bar acts as a community hub where colleagues seek tech advice, receive support on problematic devices, and learn about the latest technology offerings. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving technical issues, communicating effectively with customers and technical teams, and contributing to an inclusive and accessible technology environment. You will work collaboratively to enable colleagues to perform their best work, wherever and however they choose to work.

Requirements

Experience
- Enterprise-scale technical support background
- 2 to 3 years Microsoft Windows technical support experience
- Experience handling incidents
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 OS
- In-depth troubleshooting of Office 365 Suite
- Competent in supporting Microsoft Teams
- Support of mobile technologies and BYOD using O365 suite
- Experience fixing remote connection issues and training users on remote technologies
- Familiarity with building, configuring, and repairing desktops and laptops
- Network troubleshooting skills
- Ability to technically mentor junior team members

Qualifications & Additional Skills
Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:
- Previous Tech Bar or walk-up support service experience
- Active Directory and Exchange administration knowledge
- Understanding of Azure and Intune
- Experience using ServiceNow for incident management
- Support experience with Macs and JAMF
- Previous use of ServiceNow
