About the Role
We are Pegasus Homes Ltd, a vibrant, dynamic business proud to design, build, and create high-quality homes focused on independent later living. Our portfolio includes some 1100 homes across 40 communities, offering beautifully designed developments with stunning community living.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Day Concierge based at Belle Vue, a luxurious Hampstead development featuring a pool, stretch studio, roof terrace, and residents lounge.
As Day Concierge, you will be the face of our community, ensuring a seamless luxury experience for residents. You will balance high-end hospitality with rigorous site safety and operational compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary interface for residents, fostering a warm community atmosphere, conducting welfare checks, and handling sensitive information with professional boundaries
- Serving as an ambassador for the Hampstead area, providing bespoke recommendations for local amenities such as dining, arts, and transport
- Leading on-site safety by conducting regular patrols, monitoring CCTV, managing secure access, and acting as first responder in emergencies
- Monitoring the building’s Mechanical & Electrical systems and performing basic troubleshooting of apartment fixtures
- Coordinating with sales, management, and contractors to ensure the exclusive guest suite and spa facilities are fully operational and maintained to 5-star standards
- Inducting and overseeing onsite service providers including housekeeping, landscaping, and maintenance teams
- Maintaining precise logs for health & safety compliance, maintenance reporting, and daily handovers
You will work on a rota basis of 4 days on, 4 days off with shifts between 07:00 - 19:00. There may be occasions requiring attendance at training or company events at site or other locations.
At Pegasus, the safety and wellbeing of our residents are our highest priorities. This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check, which we handle the application and cost for.
Experience
Proven experience within a luxury residential property setting.
About you
- Educated to GCSE standard grade C or above, or equivalent in Maths and English, or with hospitality/property related vocational qualifications
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills, ensuring all inquiries and administrative tasks are handled with accuracy and professionalism
- Strong IT skills are essential; knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
- Well presented and highly professional
- Flexible and well organised with the ability to use initiative and remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of the local area and events including restaurants, theatre scene, parkland, clubs, and societies is highly advantageous
- Experience of working a similar shift pattern is desirable but not essential
Qualifications
