About the Role

We are seeking an inspirational and experienced Day Nursery Manager to lead our well-established and highly regarded nursery. As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding childcare and education, ensuring compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, safeguarding, health and safety, and other statutory requirements. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage staffing and budgets, and build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external agencies. Your leadership will be key to maintaining the highest standards of care and education, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and professional growth.

Experience
- Significant experience working in an early years setting
- Proven experience managing teams and nursery operations
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding practice within childcare environments
- Experience working with EYFS and Ofsted frameworks
- Desirable: experience of Ofsted inspections, managing budgets, and supporting children with SEND

Qualifications
- Essential: Level 5 or above qualification in Early Years, Childcare or Leadership
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Paediatric First Aid
- Leadership or Management qualification
- Desirable: SEND related training
