About the Role
Our multi-award-winning organisation is seeking a Care Team Leader to join our Care team. This pivotal role ensures our residents live meaningful lives and feel involved within their community. As a Care Team Leader, you will deliver care services within our Care Homes to excellent standards. You will act as a team leader, playing a key role in supporting residents to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs. You will manage your team to ensure seamless care provision and also work alongside them on shift, assisting with personal care and administering medication. Senior duties include organising staff allocations and breaks, arranging cover for absences, liaising with home managers, and coordinating with external agencies or visiting professionals such as GPs.

Experience
- Previous experience in a similar care environment supervising others
- Experience working with older people with dementia

About you
- Willingness to undertake all aspects of care to meet residents’ needs
- Ability to work shifts including weekends and evenings

Qualifications
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent (minimum)
