About the Role
Join a multi award-winning care company in a rewarding role as a Registered General Nurse leading a team of care workers. You will provide exceptional nursing support to older people and individuals living with dementia within a vibrant community setting. Your responsibilities will include managing and motivating a team of carers to deliver outstanding care, planning and monitoring care that promotes the emotional, physical, and social wellbeing of each resident. Key duties include preparation of individualised care plans, overseeing drug storage, administration, ordering and recording, conducting appropriate assessments and inductions for staff and residents, and deputising in the absence of the senior manager.

Experience
Proven experience leading an effective and motivated team within the health or social care sector.
Demonstrated commitment to promoting best practice in Safeguarding adults.

About you
Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
Active practice in administering medication with a thorough understanding of relevant regulations.
Ability to work in accordance with National Care Standards and GSCC Code of Conduct.

Qualifications
Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN), registered with the NMC.
