Location
North London, based at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court. Flexibility required to work at other local HMCTS sites within the group as needed, with travel costs/time reimbursed according to organisational policies.

Hours
Full Time - 37 hours per week. HMCTS welcomes part-time, flexible and job-sharing working patterns where agreed prior to appointment. Roles may require working Saturdays and/or Bank Holidays with time off in lieu; no Sunday working required.

Salary
£40,014 per annum

About the Role
As a Delivery Manager within the North Group of the London Magistrates cluster, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of court operations. You will lead your team and support senior management including the Head of Operations, Deputy Head of Operations, and Cluster Operations Manager to meet operational needs and deliver cluster performance objectives. Your focus will be on providing a consistent, customer-focused service while maintaining positive working relationships with the judiciary, supporting agencies, voluntary and user groups. You will drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and service levels. The role requires familiarity with process and compliance-driven environments, managing complaints constructively, and ensuring corrective actions are completed within set timescales. You will also oversee Health and Safety, IT/workstation compliance, and escalate any court facilities issues to HMCTS Estates teams.

Experience
Proven experience in a leadership role within a process and compliance-driven environment is desirable. Experience managing teams and delivering excellent customer service is essential. Familiarity with court or public service environments is advantageous.
