Experience
Proven experience working within management in Early Years settings is essential.
Qualifications
A relevant childcare qualification at Level 3 minimum is required. Additionally, Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English, including functional skills, are mandatory if the Level 3 qualification was obtained after 2014.
