Experience
Experience working in Early Years is essential. Previous leadership experience within a nursery setting is highly desirable.

Qualifications
A minimum Level 2 childcare qualification is required. If you obtained a Level 3 qualification after 2014, you must also hold Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English, including functional skills. Please note that sponsorship applications are not supported at this time.
