About the Role
Tired of working agency-side, juggling multiple clients? Ready to focus your energy on one brand, make a tangible impact, and see the results of your work shape a fast-growing business? As our Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a central role in how Queensmith shows up online. This is a hands-on position where you’ll take real ownership of our SEO and digital content.
Our marketing strategy is built around: Organic growth, expert-led content, and a best-in-class website experience. You’ll help drive this forward by spotting opportunities in search, creating thoughtful and engaging content, and constantly improving how customers discover, explore and engage with Queensmith online.
You’ll work alongside a collaborative team where ideas move quickly and everyone contributes to the bigger picture. Whether it’s developing a new content series, optimising high-impact landing pages, or collaborating on campaigns, you’ll have the chance to make a real mark on a growing brand.
This role is ideal for someone naturally curious about how brands grow, who enjoys turning insight into action, and takes pride in producing work that is thoughtful, polished and effective. We’re looking for someone passionate about SEO and copywriting – from the detail of technical optimisation to the craft of creating compelling content that engages and converts.

- Maintain brand integrity by upholding brand guidelines and standards in all marketing activities
- Translate market insights into opportunity – analysing industry trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity to inform new content, campaigns and areas for growth
