Dugdale Arts Centre is the central cultural hub for Enfield with a stunning new flexible interior including a 150 seat studio theatre, architect-designed museum space, new flexible performance spaces and a beautiful look and feel. We are seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor to join our small and ambitious team as lead technician providing technical support and managing our technical department for high quality productions in our busy venue which includes a theatre, museum, exhibition space, cafe and multipurpose reception area. - Key skills needed for the role: - Experience of working in a senior position in a technical role in the performing arts - Collaborative, people-orientated and team player - Experience of line managing staff - Experience of production management in the theatre - Experience of managing the maintenance of technical equipment - Experience of operating health and safety issues within a venue - Experience of working with and supervising others in Lighting, Sound and Stage Equipment - Budget management Contact Details - If you would like to know more about the role, please contact Sarisha Kumar on 020 8807 6680 for an informal discussion.
