Full Time - 40 hours per week
Salary
Level 2 Apprenticeship: £18,200 per annum
Level 3 Apprenticeship: Starting at £19,240 per annum with incremental increases:
- Pay increase to £21,320 upon Level 2 competency sign off (usually within first 2 months)
- Further pay uplift to minimum wage for age in second year
- Upon qualification completion, salary increases to at least £26,499 plus a £500 qualification bonus paid in two instalments
About the Role
Welcome to the heart of Kido, where passion, ambition, and people are at the core of everything we do! As an Apprentice, you will gain valuable hands-on experience within the nursery while working towards a sought-after Early Years qualification. Our Level 3 course takes approximately 2 years to complete but offers advancement to Level 2 sign off as soon as you are ready. The apprenticeship is designed to be work-based, with dedicated time allocated to support your relevant learning and study to gain your qualification. We encourage our team to be the best they can be and, as a growing nursery group, we prioritise your development to prepare you for other positions as they arise throughout the company.

Experience

Qualifications
No existing qualifications required for Level 3 Apprentice role.
Current equivalent of Level 1 Maths and English is required to be accepted initially.
Maths and English GCSE desirable; if not held, you will complete Level 2 Maths and English Functional Skills tests to demonstrate competence.
