Requirements

Experience
Relevant experience working within early years education, including management experience in a large nursery setting.

About you
Committed to delivering excellent childcare and education, with strong leadership skills and a passion for supporting children's development. Flexible and adaptable to work across multiple nursery locations.

Qualifications
Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification is essential. If your Level 3 qualification was obtained after 2014, Level 2 qualifications in English including functional skills are also required.

What we offer The Bank Educator role ranges from £12.71 to £14.00 per hour and is fully flexible, meaning you can pick up shifts whenever you want to based on the nursery availability. Many of our bank staff go on to join us on a permanent basis! As a growing nursery group, you may find that you can work across multiple locations that are in close proximity to each other.
