Safer Recruitment

Experience
Relevant experience in early years education is essential. Experience demonstrating leadership skills is desirable.

Qualifications
You must hold a relevant childcare qualification, Level 2 or Level 3 minimum. If you obtained a Level 3 qualification after 2014, Level 2 qualifications in English including functional skills are also required.
